Workouts are $10 per session and are open to all Laker players. Players interested in trying out for the Lakers may submit a permission request to lakersbball05@gmail.com

Far to many people feel all you need to do to improve as a player is play in games. The Lakers believe in training, and are very committed to continually changing/evolving our training to maximize player skill development. If you are serious about your basketball then you will love our workouts as they are very challenging for players of all ages. Everyone plays in games, but not everyone trains. To reach your full potential as a player you must training.

Laker workouts are demandng. PRIOR to participation, ALL participants MUST provide a Laker Liability Waiver signed by their parent or guardian.

Typical Laker workouts include:

  • Stretching and warmup
  • Speed and agility stations
  • Ball handling
  • Shooting drills/competitions
  • Scrimmages

@Nature Hill Intermediate School in Oconomowoc
7:00-9:00pm
