Congratulations to Natalie McNeal and Maddie Walsh on both committing to play NCAA Division 1 basketball.

Natalie McNeal a 5’8 All State Point Guard from Germantown has committed to play for St. Louis University from the Atlantic 10 Conference. Natalie has played Lakers since the 8th grade where we have watched her get better and grow as a player every year. Natalie is a special talent that can impact the game in all area with her athleticism, jumping ability, jump shot and strength. Natalie will join fellow Lakers 2017 graduate Myriama Smith Traore who also is attending St. Louis and Nat and M will get two years together.

Maddie Walsh 6’2 Wing from Arrowhead has committed to play for the University of Alabama Birmingham in the Conference USA. Maddie has played Lakers since the 9th grade. Maddie is one of the faster players to ever put on a Wisconsin Lakers uniform. After suffering an early season injury Maddie helped guide Arrowhead to one game away from another state appearance. She has a rare combination of length and speed you don’t see very often.

Nicole Hernandez 6’1 F from Oak Creek has committed to play for Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO an NCAA Division two school in the GLVC. Nicole has played for the Lakers the last two years and her development in that time has been unreal. Her dedication to getting better and working on her game has been very noticeable, every time she stepped on the court she was getting better and better. Nicole is a tremendous shot blocker and rebounds the ball well.
