Far too many people feel all you need to do to improve as a player is play in games. The Lakers believe in youth girls basketball skills training, and are very committed to continually changing/evolving our workouts to maximize player skill development. If you are serious about your basketball, then you will love our workouts, as they are very challenging for players of all ages. Everyone plays in games, but not everyone trains. To reach your full potential as a player you must be dedicated to training.
GENERAL GIRLS BASKETBALL SKILLS TRAINING INFO
Our workouts are $15 per session and are open to all Lakers players.- Players interested in trying out for the Lakers may submit a permission request to lakersbball05@gmail.com.
- Lakers youth girls basketball skills training workouts are demanding. PRIOR to participation, ALL participants MUST provide a Lakers Liability Waiver signed by their parent or guardian.
Every program plays in games, but the Wisconsin Lakers place greater emphasis on training, We pride ourselves on our intense group workouts. These “skills and drills” sessions are the best value in basketball today. At $15 per session, we offer a minimum of 1.5 hours of ball handling, shooting, conditioning, agility, and strength training. We combine fundamentals with game-like scenarios and rigorous physical activity. Every workout is focused on player development because it is our goal to get every player to the next level. Next level of achievement, next level of competition, and eventually college scholarship opportunities.
